Typical Tuesday 11/29/11
Usually my Tuesday work wear is a little more professional than Mondays'. On Mondays I try to make my outfit pop to get rid of the blues. Although I'm not a huge fan of red or black clothing, I am pleased with the way the two worked out. I paired grey trousers from one of my favorite stores, New York and Company, with a nlack printed top from another one of my favorite stores, J C Penny. I then put on this red 3/4 ruched sleeve jacket from another great store, Charlotte Russe, for that pop. I stepped into these green and black suede kitten heels gifted from mom, though, she is non-the-wiser :) I finished my look with a necklace thrifted several years ago and beaded cluster earrings thrifted this weekend. While these accessories have a very 60-something feel, they work well with the "pop star" professional look and are quite simply very pretty.
