Happy Birthday Adventures :) Rock climbig 101  Rock climbing adventure....I made it to the top everytime...my first time...yay me :) Afterward, I rewarded myself by thrifting the day away  Money well spent. Trees and power lines down...but not my spirit. After the storm, the sun came out and the colors too.

I bought the military pin and bee pin for $5 each at an antique market...steals if you ask me. If you look closely, you can see how I've used the pin to accessorize this amazing African-inspired orange and brown batik skirt. At the Inner Harbor for the Sailabration in Baltimore on Fathers Day. Got this skirt at a consignment shop some time ago. Look at it. So bold and spring-like even with the dark undertones it remains so vibrant. Bermuda Shorties I wanted a cool and comfortable look at the Wine Fest, so I went for a turquoise pastel top and pink bermuda shorts. I love how those tiny shorts look (on everyone else) but these thighs are made for something longer. We both wanted to wear mini somethings, but didn't want to be overdressed for happy hour.
